Below are the Culinary Cottages Rental Policies.
Currency and Taxes
Rental Rates in US Dollars, per Cottage, per night, up to 6 persons occupancy, and are subject to change. Discounts and specials are subject to availability. Rental Rates do not include a nightly 16% state tax, 3% local tax and 15% service charge (10% is gratuity, 5% administrative fees) and are subject to change without notice. An additional 16% tax and 15% gratuity will be added to all Food & Beverage checks while on site.
Minimum Stay Requirements
A minimum length of stay may apply. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's bookings require a seven-night minimum stay. Other major holidays may require 3-night minimum stays. Please inquire with our Reservations Department or your travel professional to obtain current information.
Payment & Cancellations
At the time of booking, a 50% deposit plus all applicable taxes is required to confirm your stay. If reservations are made within 30 days to arrival date, full payment is due. Cancellation 30 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date is non-refundable. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Arrival & Departure
Guests may check in after 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. daily. Use of the community pool facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.
There is a 40 lb. maximum weight limit on dogs for Cottage Renters. Pets must be on a leash at all times while on public areas of the community. A non-refundable Pet Fee of $125.00 + 14% tax + 15% (per pet) is due at time of reservation, along with a signed Pet Waiver. Limit 2 pets per cottage.

At this time, American Express credit cards are the only credit card accepted for off-site deposits. Alternatively, off-site deposits can be paid by check or wire to the Culinary Cottages' USA Bank Branch; more details here.
